Our CrossFit classes are for anyone who has completed the On Ramp program. You will have one of our experienced coaches lead you through a challenging but doable workout consisting of constantly varied functional movements at a high intensity. This may include barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, gymnastics, running, rowing, pullups, medicine balls, and just about anything else we can think of that will help you meet your fitness goals.
