The title of “Coach” is nothing new for Katie Alexander. Coach Katie has been a P.E. teacher and high school softball and basketball coach for the past 8 years. As a lifelong advocate for health, fitness and teamwork, Katie is passionate about empowering others on their fitness journey and helping everyone find their inner athlete. Her favorite CrossFit movements are anything with a barbell, especially the clean and jerk. When she is not coaching or working out, you will find her exploring the outdoors, trying a new restaurant, or cheering on her favorite sports teams. Go Packers!
