Eminently overqualified with 15+ years of experience coaching basketball at many levels including Division I, Collin's most attractive quality is that he maintains the perfect 50/50 gender split among BARx staff. Although he agreed in writing not to use his coach's whistle during class, he doesn't hesitate to make the entire class run sideline drills if anybody fouls up.
