Mobility

Sunday afternoons are for mobility. Each week we offer yoga or pilates to aid in flexibility and core strength. These classes address all the elements that limit movement and performance including short and tight muscles, soft tissue restriction, joint capsule restriction, motor control problems, joint range of motion dysfunction, and neural dynamic issues. We are not promising to fix all of your issues but will help you address your problem areas and work towards a better range of motion. Check the schedule for class times.
